Social Fam – Terms & Conditions

By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

✅ 1. Account Delivery
We ensure secure delivery of purchased accounts within 0–24 hours after payment confirmation. Buyers receive full access credentials, including username, password, and linked email.

✅ 2. Service Charge
A service fee of ₹451 applies to every transaction for secure handling and priority support.

✅ 3. Refund Policy
Refunds or replacements are only provided if:

• The account credentials are incorrect.

• Buyer faces login issues within 7 days of purchase due to seller error.
  Note: No refunds for buyer mistakes or changes of mind.

✅ 4. Ownership Responsibility
Once accounts are delivered and credentials changed, Social Fam is not responsible for any future loss or misuse of the account. Buyers are advised to secure accounts by updating emails, passwords, and enabling two-factor authentication immediately.

✅ 5. Prohibited Activities
Accounts purchased from Social Fam cannot be used for illegal activities, spamming, or violating platform rules.

✅ 6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be handled amicably with our 24/7 support team. Legal action will only be considered as a last resort under applicable jurisdiction.

✅ 7. Changes to Terms
Social Fam reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of major updates.
